Membership Qualifications

CTREA Membership 

Membership in the California Trust Real Estate Association is by invitation and brings together experienced professionals who share a commitment to advancing knowledge, collaboration and best practices in trust real estate.

Before submitting your application, please review the following membership requirements and process:

  • Professional Experience:
    • Applicants must have at least two years of experience in their qualified professional field.
  • Get to Know CTREA:
    • Prospective members are encouraged to attend two monthly CTREA Roundtables before applying. This provides an opportunity to experience our format, meet members and participate in the conversations that define our organization.
  • Application Review:
    • Membership applications are reviewed monthly by the CTREA Selection Committee.
  • Membership Approval:
    • Approved applicants will receive notification and an invoice for annual dues. Membership becomes active once dues are paid.
  • Annual Dues:
    • Membership dues are $250 per calendar year.
  • Membership Term:
    • CTREA memberships follow the calendar year, January 1 through December 31. Dues are prorated quarterly for members who join during the year.
